Nayt

BIOGRAPHY Nayt

Born in '94, Nayt, aka William Mezzanotte, has entered the list of the most interesting new releases of 2018 with great determination. The publication of the singles Animal, Fame, Gli occhi della tigre and his participation in Real Talk are just a taste of the new chapter of the artist's career. The first time the attention of the general public was focused on Nayt's music was with the single No Story, produced by 3D. The partnership between the two, matured and consolidated over time, led to the rapper's approach to VNT1, a label founded by 3D and of which Nayt has now become a partner and face.

Since then, Nayt has managed to build a solid path based on facts and coherence, establishing himself as one of the most technical, prolific and innovative names in the Italian rap scene by establishing collaborations with some of the greatest exponents of the genre. On March 15, 2019, the third volume of Raptus, the series of projects he started in 2015, was released. The album climbed the charts, including Spotify's top 50, giving Nayt a rightful place among the big names in the hip scene Italian hop.

In April 2021 he released Tutto il resto è noi, a single which, together with the acoustic versions of Favolacce and Passerà, enriched the tracklist of his latest album.

Mortale is released on 8 October 2021, followed the following week by La Mia Noia. Both singles anticipate the new album DOOM (VNT1 Records/licensed by Columbia Records Italy/Sony Music Italy), released on October 29, with which the artist continues the introspective journey begun with MOOD, taking us even deeper into the soul human and giving voice to the personal and social problems of mankind.

In 2022 his MOOD/DOOM Live tour collected nine sold out dates, establishing NAYT as one of the most relevant figures in Italian rap. In 2023 he released the new album HABITAT and subsequently the HABITAT Tour with which he collected ten sold outs.
